f\u00fcr die So\u00dfe zum toppen \u00fcbrig lassen), 1\/2 TL Salz, die Hefeflocken und 500 ml der Sojamilch in die Sch\u00fcssel geben. Alles gut durchkneten und mind. 10 &#8211; 15 min ziehen lassen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-519-step-0-8\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Den Ofen auf 190 \u00b0 Umluft vorheizen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-519-step-0-9\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Den Knoblauch 850 ml Wasser, Cashews und 1,5 TL Salz zu einer glatten Masse mixen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-519-step-0-10\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Optional die Pilze und Zwiebeln mit einem Schuss Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-519-step-0-11\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Die Cashewsahne und Muskatnuss zu den Pilzen zugeben. Leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis die Sahne etwas eindickt, dann abschalten, abschmecken und Deckel drauf zum Warmhalten.<\/span><\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-519-step-0-12\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\" style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><span style=\"display: block;\">Kn\u00f6del formen und in Auflaufform geben. 150 ml Sojamilch \u00fcber die Kn\u00f6del gie\u00dfen. Ca. 15 Minuten backen.
