Die Menge bei relativ hoher Hitze in einer Pfanne mit ausreichend \u00d6l (geschmacksneutral) ein paar Minuten braten, bis der Tofu etwas knusprig ist. Nebenbei die So\u00dfe zubereiten: Dazu <span class=\"wprm-inline-ingredient wprm-inline-ingredient-138-6 wprm-block-text-bold\">80 g vegane Mayo<\/span>, <span class=\"wprm-inline-ingredient wprm-inline-ingredient-138-7 wprm-block-text-bold\">60 g Tomatenmark<\/span>, 35 g Wasser und <span class=\"wprm-inline-ingredient wprm-inline-ingredient-138-8 wprm-block-text-bold\">10-15 g Srirracha<\/span> gut verr\u00fchren.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Die Wraps in einer zweiten Pfanne beidseitig kurz erw\u00e4rmen.
