Dann <span class=\"wprm-inline-ingredient wprm-inline-ingredient-104-4 wprm-block-text-bold\">150 g veganer Feta<\/span> zerbr\u00f6seln und unterheben. <\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Nun wird etwas der der Masse auf einem Yufkablatt verteilt und eingerollt (siehe Foto). Die B\u00f6rekstangen werden in ausreichend neutralem \u00d6l auf mittlerer Hitze ein paar Minuten auf beiden Seiten gebraten, bis sie goldbraun sind.<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Tipp:<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div><span style=\"display: block;\">Zu den B\u00f6rekstangen passt ein Knoblauch-Joghurt-Dip sehr gut dazu. Hierf\u00fcr wird ein kleines St\u00fcck Knoblauch (Gr\u00f6\u00dfe nach Belieben) sehr fein gehackt. Salz und ein Schuss Zitronensaft hinzugeben und einige Minuten ziehen lassen.
