Jede Seite ein paar Minuten bei relativ hoher Hitze grillen, bis goldbraun. Dann beide Seiten der Auberginen mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen, Hitze reduzieren und weiter grillen, bis die Aubergine etwas &#39;einf\u00e4llt&#39;. Pfanne oder Topf r\u00f6sten bis sie etwas dunkel werden.
